1. Regularized the promotion evaluation of faculty members and support services personnel with all vacant plantilla positions filled up and resulted to 300 faculty and 49 support services personnel promoted based on NBC 461 and Merit Promotion Plan respectively.


2. Equitably distributed financial resources to address the diverse needs of the faculty and support services personnel in attending trainings, seminar-workshops, conferences, conventions and membership in professional organizations.

3.Publication and approval by the Civil Service Commission on the UNP-SPMS as a guide in measuring the Performance of all Personnel.

4. The President is the first UNP Head to be appointed as member of CHED Technical Panel for Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (January 2015-December 2016) and CHED Technical Working Group.
