ONLINE ENROLLMENT FOR OLD STUDENTS
PRELIMINARIES: Students must first settle their outstanding balances via:
- Contact facebook.com/unpcashieringunit to get your actual balances and UNP Bank Account details
- Online (Similar modes in Step 3)
- On-site (If below 21 years of age; send your parents/guardians/representatives and remind them to wear facemasks/ face shield, bring your own alcohol & ballpen, and practice social distancing)
Step 1: REGISTRATION
On your scheduled enrolment, fill up your Registration and/or Scholarship Forms. Links for the forms shall be posted on the Facebook page of your College. You can view subjects to be enrolled and assessment of fees in the registration form.
Step 2: VALIDATION
Authentication, approval, enrolment, and validation c/o Colleges, Office of the Registrar, & Cashiering Unit.
Step 3: PAYMENT
Pay fees via any of the following:
- Online Payment via Landbank ePayment Portal or Landbank Mobile App using the following details:
Merchant’s Name: University of Northern Philippines
Type of Fee: Tuition Fee and other fees
- GCash or Paymaya
- Cash Deposit, or Fund Transfer
*message the Facebook page of the Cashiering Unit @unpcashieringunit to retrieve instructions and UNP Landbank Account number.
- On-site (If below 21 years of age; send your parents/guardians representatives and remind them to wear facemasks/faceshield, bring your own ballpen & alcohol, and practice social distancing)
NOTE: The following fees may be settled upon enrollment or within the semester: ARTE, OJT Fees, RLE, CWF, Affiliation Fee, CADD, and CAE)
Step 4: OFFICIALY ENROLLED
Officially Enrolled Students shall be posted through Social Media and/or notified by E-mail, Text, or call.
DURING THE SEMESTER: -Settle Student Council and Mandated Organization Fees.
–Claim validated and registered ID Card.

Step 1: REGISTRATION
If you are below 21 years of age, let your parents/guardians/relatives/authorized representatives enroll you on your behalf.
On your scheduled enrolment, follow enrolment procedures posted within the campus. Comply with all forms and required documents.
Wear your face masks/shield and observe proper social distancing.
Bring your own alcohol and ballpen.
Step 2: VALIDATION

Student is now OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!

Acceptance, checking, verification, sorting, and distribution of applications to colleges according to first course priority of applicant c/o Testing Services
Step 2: INTERVIEW
#1 First course priority c/o College
#2 2nd course priority c/o College
#3 Career Guidance c/o Guidance Services Office
Step 3: ACCEPTANCE NOTICE
Accepted applicants are notified via Social Media, E-mail, Text, or call. Confirm your intention to enroll with your college
Step 4: SCHOLAR REGISTRATION
If scholar, fill out Scholarship Form posted from the College’s or Scholarship Grants and Financial Assistance Services Social Media Pages (i.e. Facebook) and email scanned copies of documentary requirements to sgfas@unp.edu.ph
Step 5: VALIDATION
Authentication, approval, enrolment, and validation of applicants c/o Colleges, Office of the Registrar, & Cashiering Unit.
Step 6: PAYMENT

- Form 138 or UNP-CAT Result, whichever is applicable based on the College Admission Policy A.Y. 2020-2021
- Cert. of Good Moral Character
- Cert. of Live Birth (PSA)
Settle Student Council and Mandated Organization Fees.
