B. Batch Processing (For the School Representative)

  1. Organize the students from his/her school who are planning to apply to UNP

  3. Collect the Application Forms and Requirements of the students. Affix his/her signature at the end of the Application Form after
  4. checking its completeness and correctness
  5. Arrange all the Application Forms in alphabetical order
  6. Make an alphabetical listing (Master List) of the applicants. The said list should indicate the individual as well as the total amount to be paid by the group as a whole
  7. Ensure that both he/she and the applicant counter-sign opposite the applicant’s name whenever a payment is made
