The UNP College of Communication and Information Technology held an orientation program for Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) students at the College Pavilion on October 10, 2024. The event was organized to ensure that new enrollees are well-prepared, informed, and connected as they begin their academic journey.

In the same event, the College also held its first-ever testimonial to honor newly licensed librarians who successfully passed the inaugural Computer-Based Librarians Licensure Examination, which took place on September 10 and 11 at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) office in Rosales, Pangasinan.

Engr. Saturnino Tablada (Executive Assistant to the President) and Dr. Rolando B. Navarro (Vice President for Academic Affairs) attended the event and extended their congratulations to the successful candidates, commending them for bringing pride and honor to the University in their speeches.
