It also aims to create opportunities for community empowerment and build communities through provision of assistance and support in implementing effective and sustainable projects that are deemed to benefit organizations and the communities and other related endeavors.
The University seeks to provide to the community medical and dental services, manpower, and transportation services. UNP will also collaborate with the two other agencies in information drives; community and social services; skills training and livelihood programs; health, technological, educational, economic, and business management training programs or seminars; and conduct of research activities.
The same event also became a platform for a gift-giving activity, spearheaded by the University Extension Office and the UNP Retirees Association, Inc. The recipients were the residents of Brgy. Bantaoay.
Both the gift-giving and the signing of MOA are aligned with SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
