Two faculty members of the University of Northern Philippines College of Public Administration (CPAd) presented their research papers at the EROPA-APAG 2026 International Conference held on October 5–7, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The presenters were Dr. Loraine Ann R. Madera, CPAd assistant dean, and Prof. Madeline A. Lopez, a faculty member of the College.

Co-organized by the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) and Vietnam’s Academy of Public Administration and Governance (APAG), the conference gathered more than 100 scholars, practitioners, and students from across Asia and the Pacific to discuss inclusive governance under the theme, “Inclusive Governance in the New Development Era: Systems and Transformation, Innovations, and Future-Ready Governments.”

CPAd acknowledged the support of the UNP Administration, led by University President Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, as well as Dr. Sally Harin and the director of the International Affairs and External Linkages Office, in facilitating the faculty members’ participation.
