Mr. Delmar Torrano, a faculty of the College of Fine Arts and Design garnered distinguished recognition from the Province of Ilocos Sur for his exceptional artwork, Pusong Itinanghal. The recognition was given by Vice Governor Ryan Luis Singson and the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
The artwork won first place during the Awarding Ceremonies and Exhibition Opening of the prestigious national art competition held on June 15, 2026, at the GSIS Theater in Pasay City.
This achievement affirms Mr. Torrano’s artistic excellence and creative vision, bringing honor to the institution and the Province of Ilocos Sur.
