The election of Engineering Alumni Officers was held during the alumni meeting at the UNP Guestel on September 28, 2024.

At the opening of the meeting, Dr. Nelia Verzosa extended her sincere thanks to the graduates of the College in extending their support, particularly in the construction of laboratories. She also asked the next set of officers to continue their support to the future endeavors of the College.

Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, the University President, highlighted the role of the alumni not only in extending financial support but also their presence in such activities. He added that the College may invite graduates as guest lecturers in professional subjects. He also encouraged the graduates to participate in the development of better curricula for the programs.

The election was chaired by Engr. Ernestina C. Palos.

Engr. Nestor Pajaro was elected as the new president. Other officer are Dr. Vincent P. Pilien (vice president for civil engineering), Engr. Saturnino Tablada (vice president for geodetic engineering), Engr. Jake Mark David (vice president for sanitary engineering), Engr. Pamela Aurey Plete (secretary), Engr. Rio Nico U. Costales (assistant secretary), Engr. Norberto Aquino II (treasurer), Engr. Romel B. San Diego Jr. (assistant treasurer), Engr. Raffy Lopez (auditor), Engr. Augustus Paz (press relations officer), Engr. Ernestina C. Palos (business manager for civil engineering), Engr. Joshua Cariaga (business manager for geodetic engineering), and Engr. Marjorie Barcena (business manager for sanitary engineering).

The Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Rolando Navarro, also showed his support to the association by attending the said activity.
