The Bachelor of Science in Midwifery is a ladderized degree program. The Diploma in Midwifery is awarded to students after complying the prescribed requirements within the first two years and the degree Bachelor of Science in Midwifery is conferred after finishing the requirements for third- and fourth-year levels. Professional subjects which emphasize midwifery concepts with clinical practicum are threaded through from first year to fourth year. The program aims to produce competent and dedicated midwives guided by the core values of professionalism, ethics, and creativity.
