The Admission Services Office, then conducted its extension program Project LA.P.I.S. for the grade school pupils, along with a lecture on improving interpersonal relationship among the faculty members and PTA officers of Sacuyya Elementary School and the barangay officials.

These pencils represent the hopes of these elementary pupils in their pursuit of quality education and that the University of Northern Philippines through the Admission Services is one with them as they reach for their dreams.

After the lecture on improving interpersonal relationships presented by Mrs. Precious Lyn Cornejo-Babida, the Head of the Admission Services Office, Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna led the turnover of the 400 pieces of donated pencils for the pupils.
