The University of Northern Philippines College of Engineering marked another significant licensure examination triumph as Engr. Russel Rabanal Retreta placed ninth among the top-performing examinees, leading 43 UNP examinees who successfully passed the September 2026 Geodetic Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination (GECBLE).
Engr. Retreta ranked ninth nationwide in the GECBLE by earning an impressive 87.80% rating. His outstanding performance placed him among the country’s top-performing examinees and highlighted the academic preparation and professional competence developed through his training at the University of Northern Philippines.
The achievement highlights the determination, rigorous preparation, and perseverance of UNP graduates, whose successful performance marks a significant milestone as they advance toward professional practice and contribute their knowledge and skills to the geodetic engineering profession.
The UNP community, led by Dr. Erwin Cadorna, and the College of Engineering, headed by Dr. Nelia Verzosa, extend their heartfelt congratulations to all successful examinees for their dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
