Today, we celebrate not only another year of your life, but also the dedication, leadership, and genuine service you continue to share with the University of Northern Philippines.
As our Vice President for Academic Affairs, Sir Rolly, your leadership goes beyond overseeing academic matters. Your hands-on approach, commitment, and presence in various university events and activities reflect your unwavering dedication in making every endeavor meaningful and successful.
May this special day bring you the same joy and inspiration you generously share with others. May you be blessed with good health, lasting happiness, abundant blessings, and continued success in all your endeavors.
