The 35th  Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) Architectural Student Workshop was held from October 18-22, 2024 at the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Kampar Campus. 

Hosted by the UTAR Architecture Society, this year’s workshop hosted architecture students from 20 educational institutions in economies including China, the Philippines, Indonesia, Nepal, and Malaysia. It featured competitions, workshops, seminars, talks, and games to foster creativity and innovative learning among architecture students.

Ashley John Mercado (BS Arch 5), Ginno Neil Tangco (BS Arch 4), Al Estrada (BS Arch 2), and mentor Ar. Julius U. Artates actively participated in the workshop. 

The event served as an avenue to enhance their knowledge of architectural innovation from an international perspective. It allowed them to collaborate with international architecture schools, helping attain the University’s initiatives for its internationalization program.
