BEED program continues Project DUR-AS
The BEED Program of the College of Teacher Education conducted Project DUR-AS, a reading literacy extension program at Salindeg-Pong-ol Barracca Elementary School on November 28, 2024. The activity was attended by the BEED faculty and some selected students of the said program.
Project DUR-AS (Dagiti Ubbing Raemenda ti Adal ken Siensia) aims to help pupils in becoming readers. It catered 54 pupils from all grade levels who struggle in their reading ability. They were predetermined by the Salindeg-Pong-ol Barraca Elementary School (SPBES) teachers. However, there were only 32 pupils present in the day’s activity.
This is the second extension activity held this month. Project DUR-AS is already in its third year of implementation.
