GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION FOR GRADE 11 SY 2024-2025
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN APPLICANT
* The applicant must be a Grade Ten (10) student expected to graduate at the end of the current school year with a general average of at least 85% based from the last grading period preceding the filing of the Application.
* Must be a Junior High School graduate who has not yet entered senior high school and has a general average of at least 85%.

* An active and secure Google account.
* An active mobile number.
* Digital copy of passport size photo (1.8 inches x 1.4 inches) in JPG format, white background and with name tag
– File name must be applicant’s LAST NAME, FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME, e.g. DELA CRUZ, JUAN SANTOS.
* Scanned copy of the original copy of Grade 10 Report Card in PDF format, duly signed by the class adviser or school principal.

* Submission of application does not mean automatic admission. All applications are subject to evaluation by the UNP Laboratory Schools. Applicants will be ranked based on academic record and performance during the interview.
* Applications with incomplete requirements, and attachments (ID photo, Grade 10 report card) in wrong format will only be processed when submitted in correct format.
