The Regional Annual Administrative & Tactical Inspection team reviewed the performance of the Corps of Cadets of the University of Northern Philippines, Divine Word College of Vigan, and Ilocos Sur Community College on April 12, 2025 at the UNP Oval.
RAATI team members who were present during the inspection were Maj Karl Vincent Collado, Maj Sally del Campo, 1Lt Gil dela Cruz Jr. Capt. John Lerry Reotita, MSG Jimmy Calautit, Sgt. John Dave Dliente, Sgt. Jomar Guetteng, Sgt. Marlon Balagal, and PFC Hernan Bagasol.
The UNP Commandant is Maj. Edzel Gambol and 1Lt Roberto Reboroso, Asst. Commandant.
Dr. Erwin Cadorna, UNP President, in his message, underscored the importance of ROTC in instilling the fundamental values of honor, integrity, discipline, selflessness, and in developing leadership and patriotism among students.
Also present during the inspection were Hon. Nestor Pajaro, UNP Alumni Regent, and Dr. Carlo Ventura, National Service Training Program Director.
There were more than a thousand cadets who performed during the inspection – University of Northern Philippines (871), Divine Word College of Vigan (99), and Ilocos Sur Community College (73).
