The University of Northern Philippines (UNP), led by University President Dr. Erwin Cadorna, virtually attended the Opening Ceremony of CommTECH Nusantara 2025: Ramadhan Edition on March 10, 2025.
Dr. Astria Nur Irfansyah, Deputy Director of the Global Engagement Office of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), welcomed the delegates, emphasizing that the program provides participants with a unique opportunity to explore and experience Indonesian culture, particularly during the holy month of Ramadhan.
Speaking on behalf of the delegates, Dr. Cadorna highlighted the significance of the program in fostering a deeper understanding of values, learning, collaboration, and shared experiences among international academic institutions. He also expressed his gratitude to ITS for its strong partnership and commitment to international cooperation.
The event was attended by various partner universities of ITS across the Philippines, further strengthening academic ties. CommTECH Nusantara 2025 was held virtually from March 10 to 21, 2025, offering participants an in-depth exploration of Indonesian culture and the Ramadhan experience.
