The Department of Physical Education of the College of Arts and Sciences held on May 7 and 8, 2025 PathFit Days with a theme, “A Celebration of Culture, Movement and Inclusive Beauty.”
The event held at the UNP Gymnasium was attended by University officials, faculty and students of PathFit. Dr. Erwin Cadorna, University President, in his message emphasized the importance of physical education for students not just a subject but in helping them become healthy physically and mentally reiterating the mantra “A healthy mind comes from a healthy body”.
The event includes calisthenics dance for the first year students, while combat dance and festival dance for the second year students. The program provided opportunity for the students, regardless of their gender, to display their talents and skills acquired and developed from the Pathfit classes, applying the appreciation of the values and importance of cultural heritage.
