The UNP community celebrates this remarkable achievement as an awardee in the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Summit hosted by the Department of Tourism last July 21, 2025. This prestigious event, held at The Bellevue Manila in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, highlights the dedication and excellence UNP’s FBSE trainers bring to elevating Filipino service standards nationwide.
Ms. Marjorie Dafun from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management was also awarded as one of the recognized FBSE Trainers in the country. Joining hands with tourism stakeholders, government partners, and industry leaders, UNP has played an essential role in fostering collaboration and promoting a culture-centered approach to service excellence. This milestone not only showcased the university’s commitment to quality and nation-building but also strengthens its position as a leader in developing service-oriented professionals.
