The University of Northern Philippines College of Criminal Justice Education (UNP-CCJE) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with partner agencies on January 9, 2026, at the University Oval during its culminating event, themed, “From Learning to Action: Strengthening Immersion Partnerships,” the event solidified hands-on training for BS Criminology interns transitioning to real-world law enforcement.
UNP President Dr. Erwin Cadorna and agency representatives formalized the partnerships, emphasizing discipline, integrity, and public service. CCJE Dean Dr. Sina Bestre welcomed attendees, urging interns to embody professionalism.
Highlights included a “Pasa-Masid” pass-in-review by 4th-year interns and energetic dance performances. PLTCOL Rogelio Remiendo Jr., for ISPPO’s Acting Provincial Director PCOL Acosto Asuncion, stressed academic-law enforcement collaboration.
In closing, Program Head Dr. Arlan Reburon thanked the participants, reinforcing values for on-the-job training.
