In response, the CPAd community conveyed its heartfelt appreciation to the honorable members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Sur, headed by Vice Governor Hon. Ryan Luis Singson, for acknowledging and honoring the accomplishments of the student delegates. The recognition served as a testament to the students’ dedication, excellence, and commitment to public service and leadership.
