With the theme “Strengthening Leadership from Within: Enhancing Personality and Promoting Cooperative Engagement cum Training on Haircutting Skills,” the event featured Dr. Melvin Laureta as the resource speaker, discussing Principles of Cooperative Management and Engaging Members for Cooperative Growth. The initiative aimed to enhance leadership, encourage cooperative participation, and promote personal development.

The organizers of the event were Dr. Fatima Rocamora, Vice President for Research and Extension, and Dr. Erwin Tolbe, Dean of CBAA. The coordinators were Dr. Eileen Rose Paculan and Prof. May Evelia Ruadap, supported by Dr. Melvin Laureta and Dr. Princess Neptalia Quebral. The activity was facilitated by Mr. Michael Agustin and Mr. Randall Rabacal and it highlighted hands-on haircutting techniques which provided participants with practical skills for economic empowerment.
