The College of Engineering held its annual Pammadayaw at the Romualdo Tadena Hall on June 19, 2024.
The said event highlighted the achievements of the students in academics, sports, culture and arts, journalism, and leadership for AY 2023-2024. Faculty members, passers of the Civil Service Exam, and other stakeholders who gave support to the events and projects of the college were also given certificates of appreciation.
Dr. Rolando B. Navarro mentioned in his speech that giving awards to students and other stakeholders who have brought prestige and honor to the University is indeed a manifestation that the College acknowledges their contributions in attaining the vision and mission of the University.
The attendees were challenged by Engr. Franklyn T. Amistad, assistant dean, to strive more in the coming years and be more fruitful for the College and the University in general.
The said ceremony was attended also by Engr. Ernestina Palos (president of the Engineering Alumni Association), Hon. Nestor B. Pajaro (alumnus and city councilor of Vigan), and officers of the Engineering Parents and Alumni Association together with the faculty members and the awardees.
