The College of Public Administration hosted its annual Pammadayaw or Recognition Ceremonies on May 30, 2025, at the UNP Auditorium. With the theme “Pagkilala, Pagpupugay at Pasasalamat,” the event recognizes the exceptional achievements of Bachelor of Public Administration students, for the academic year 2024-2025.
Students of each year level who excelled academically and in co-curricular activities were awarded. Meanwhile, all 4th-year graduating students received their certificate of recognition for successfully completing all the academic requirements for the degree Bachelor of Public Administration. They were all accompanied by their parents/guardians in receiving their certificates.
The event also features Ms. Shaira Lorraine Robiñol, LLM, adistinguished alumna of CPAD, served as the Guest Speaker, albeit virtual, for this year’s Pammadayaw. She is an educator, legal court translator, and content creator based in Seoul, South Korea. Ms. Robiñol shared her journey and the values that guided her success. She emphasized the importance of integrity,and the strength derived from one’s roots, stating, “One thing I brought in Korea that couldn’t fit my suitcase is my identity as a proud graduate of the UNP College of Public Administration, which gave me confidence, direction, and courage.”
Lastly, Dean Joselito De la Rosa, congratulated the students and their families, acknowledging their hard work and the pride they bring to the College. Assistant Dean Cid Javier concluded the program with a message, reminding the students of their greater calling to become ethical, effective, and compassionate public servants.
