UNP concluded the management performance review for Fiscal Year 2024, highlighting its achievements and areas for improvement on March 12 to 13, 2025 at the Tadena Hall. The review attended by UNP Top Administrators, headed by Dr. Erwin Cadorna, President, and the Administrative Council, focused on key areas including instruction, faculty development, research, extension, finance, budget management, procurement, ICT, and international affairs.

Dr. Cadorna emphasized the importance of performance metrics and excellence as a way of life. He mentioned that innovative teaching methods and technology integration have enhanced student engagement, while research efforts have yielded groundbreaking work across disciplines, addressing global challenges. He also emphasized UNP’s Extension services as it continues to empower communities through outreach programs and partnerships.

Notable accomplishments include improved fiscal performance, student engagement and success remained a priority, with the Student Council implementing comprehensive support services and engagement opportunities. While the Office of Student Affairs played a crucial role in overseeing student development and implementing policies to support academic pursuits. 

University leaders stressed the importance of continuous improvement and service excellence, aiming to consistently exceed expectations and promote a culture of shared leadership. The event signifies UNP’s commitment to excellence and societal impact, urging continued dedication to these key pillars for a brighter future for all its stakeholders.
