NEWS | CBAA strengthens global ties through Team-Building activities with Indonesian Students
In a dynamic celebration of cross-cultural exchange and academic collaboration, the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA), through its Graduate Program, spearheaded a series of team-building and cultural performance activities as part of the program “Bridging Cultures and Business: International Student Mobility with Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika.” Held on May 3, 2025, the event took place in the coastal barangay of San Sebastian, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur.
The event brought together students from the Master in Business Administration (MBA) program, officers of CBAA mandated and accredited student organizations, and their Indonesian counterparts for a day of strategic and interactive learning. Designed to foster personal and professional growth, the activity featured strategy-based initiatives aimed at enhancing the students’ social, managerial, and organizational competencies.
Participants engaged in a series of structured group dynamics and experiential learning activities that highlighted collaboration, critical thinking, and leadership development. Through these hands-on sessions, students gained a deeper understanding of effective organizational behavior and were encouraged to apply business concepts in real-life settings.
The mobility program provided an avenue for meaningful intercultural exchange, where participants shared insights about their academic experiences, cultural values, and business practices. The interaction fostered mutual respect and understanding, reinforcing the importance of global citizenship in today’s interconnected world.
This initiative reflects UNP’s ongoing commitment to internationalization and student development, aligning with its vision of nurturing competent graduates who are prepared to lead in diverse and dynamic environments.
