CBSUA visits UNP for benchmarking
The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) visited the University of Northern Philippines on November 23, 2023 for a benchmarking activity.
The focus of the benchmark was along technology commercialization, promotion, and business incubation. The team was welcomed by UNP president Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna in a program tendered by the Public Information Office under its Officer-in-Charge, Dr. Irene Abigail S. Guerrero.
During the program, Hon. Jhunel Tanurio (Student Council president), Dr. Gilbert Valdez Jr. (Dean, College of Business Administration and Accountancy), Dr. Richel Chan (Program Head, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Coordinator for ETEAAP), Dr. Shareen Navarro (Director, Information Technology Infrastructure Management and Development Office), and Dr. Arpee Arruejo (Head, Information Systems Management and Development Services) presented the best practices of the University on technology commercialization, promotion, and business incubation.
The CBSUA guests also met the Director of the University Research and Development Office, Dr. Edelyn A. Cadorna, to benchmark along research. They also visited the Ceramics Center and Nasaririt Shark Store.
The group from the CBSUA was led by their Vice President for Research and Innovation, Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez.
