Successfully blocking their opponents on taking home the victory, Yllanah Andreih Rabino and Rheyza Mae Amin, both UNP Sharks’ bet for SCUAA Women’s Table Tennis Singles A and B grabbed gold medals during their championship matches on February 26 and 27.
Facing off against a tough opponent from Pangasinan State University (PSU) Golden Lions, Rabino dominated the match with a 3-1 victory, showcasing skill, precision, and determination.
Meanwhile, Rheyza Mae C. Amin secured another gold medal in the Women’s Table Tennis Singles B championship match with her unwavering focus, sweeping opponent from DMMMSU in a decisive 3-0 victory, proving UNP’s strength in the sport.
Jeanina B. Batin, Emzon Lazo, and Robert Serna Jr., served as coaches of the two-gold medalist.
