CCJE honors graduating students at 2026 Recognition Program

The University of Northern Philippines (UNP) College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) held its 2026 Recognition Program on May 4 at UNP Marcos Hall, gathering graduating students for a meaningful celebration of their achievements and journey.

Guided by the theme “Excellence in Action: Preparing Future Criminologists for Service and Leadership,” the event created space for reflection on both accomplishments and the responsibilities that come next.

Guest speaker Ronald Castillo of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Vigan encouraged the graduates to live out the values of courage, integrity, and compassion as they enter the profession. His message centered on service and the kind of character needed in the field.

The program also featured the valedictory address of Mr. Arjunn Rabino, who spoke about the shared experiences of the class, the challenges they faced and the growth they gained along the way.

The recognition program served as a reminder that the journey does not end with graduation. It marks the beginning of a greater responsibility to serve the community and uphold justice with purpose.
