The ceremonial signing formally established collaborative partnerships aimed to advance education, community empowerment, and public service initiatives.
Representing the University, UNP President Dr. Erwin Cadorna signed the agreements with Mrs. Rosemelinda Baclig, principal of Nagsincaoan Elementary School, and Mr. Modesto Bringas, Barangay Captain of Barangay Nagsincaoan.

He also spearheaded a free haircut service for the beneficiaries.
Meanwhile, Prof. Soria facilitated a disaster management training aimed to enhance the community’s preparedness and responsiveness during emergencies and calamities.
The signing of the MOA marked the renewal of the University’s enduring partnership with the community school and Barangay Nagsincaoan, reaffirming a shared commitment to sustained collaboration and community development. Building on the initiatives and accomplishments forged over the past year, the renewed partnership further strengthen extension programs, educational support, and grassroots initiatives that will continue to benefit both the academic institution and the local community.
