At the University of Northern Philippines (UNP), every deserving student is given a chance to succeed! As part of the continued implementation of UNP’s Affirmative Action Policy, applicants belonging to CHED Equity Target Groups who meet the required UNP College Admission Test score for their chosen program may receive additional points for final admission ranking.
The following groups are recognized as Equity Target Groups who may be eligible for additional admission consideration:

d. Children from families of subsistence farmers or fisherfolk
