Ash Wednesday is a significant day for many Christians, marking the start of Lent—a 40-day journey of reflection, prayer, and self-reflection that culminates in Easter.
On this solemn occasion, people receive ashes on their foreheads in the shape of a cross, a powerful reminder of our mortality and the need for repentance.
It’s a call to spiritual renewal, urging us to let go of our sins and prepare our hearts for the celebration of Christ’s resurrection. May we be able to answer the call to repent on our sins and believe in the Gospel this coming Ash Wednesday, March 05, 2025, at the UNP Ecumenical Chapel.
