CHTM triumphs at Vigan Longganisa Cookfest 2025

The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management showcased its culinary excellence at the Longganisa Cookfest 2025, held as part of the Vigan City Fiesta & Longganisa Festival 2025 on January 22. The event brought together various culinary teams, each competing in different categories, highlighting the region’s rich culinary heritage.

CHTM – BS in Hospitality Management students proudly claimed 1st place in both the College Category and the Hotel/Restaurant Category. The College Category winners included Fionah Mickaela Eugenio, Ma. Izabella Althea Castillo, and Kevin Nicoli Rabena. Meanwhile, the Hotel Category winners were Cj McAllester D. Abinion, and Mark Ethel  Cabaña, Mac Daryll Atinaja.

The team was guided by their esteemed coaches, Dr. Kevin Cesar Martinez, Dr. Rogelio Quario II, and Mr. Dave Angelo Asuncion.

These remarkable achievements underscore the exceptional talent of the students and their dedication to mastering the art of hospitality and culinary arts. The victory not only reflects the hard work of the participants but also emphasizes the College’s commitment to providing top-tier education in these fields.
