ITIMDO, HRMO organize computer troubleshooting and printer repair workshop
To enhance the efficiency and productivity in delivering services within their offices, selected non-teaching personnel were called for to attend a specialized workshop on basic computer troubleshooting and printer repair. The workshop was held on June 13, 2024 at the computer laboratory of the College of Teacher Education.
Lecturers in the workshop were Mr. Chris Fontejon, Head, University Computer Maintenance Services, and Mr. Rhesty Tabaldo, Computer Maintenance Technologist.
There were 20 participants from the different function offices and academic units who joined the workshop organized by the Information Technology Infrastructure Management and Development Office, Human Resource Management Office, and University Computer Maintenance Services.
Attendees were required to engage in practical exercises, including assembling computers, installing software and hardware, troubleshooting common computer issues, and repairing of printers.
