Mr. Christian Templo, Social Welfare Officer II at the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office—Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur, served as the Keynote Speaker.

On the other hand, part two was an exit conference in field Instruction. It aimed to recognize the valuable contribution of agency supervisors in the academic training and formation of practicum students, particularly in case management, and to foster a deeper sense of professional relationship between the faculty and staff of the College of Social Work and the agency supervisors.
