The Guidance and Counseling Services & Information and Orientation Services, College of Technology, and Industrial Technologists’ Organization conducted the “Personality Enhancement, Work Ethics Cultivation, and Knowledge of the Legal Workplace Seminar-Workshop” last January 16, 2025 at the Technology Complex Function Hall.

The participants were students from the College of Technology preparing for on-the-job training outside the campus. The seminar-workshop aimed to unleash their potential through personality development, fostering a strong work ethic, and knowledge of lawful rights in the workplace.

During the seminar-workshop, Ms. Margareth R. De Mesa emphasized a deeper understanding of the building blocks of personality and how to develop them for OJT success. Ms. Marie Cris R. Mendoza explained the composition of professionalism and working with passion. “Legal Rights in the Workplace” discussed by Atty. Robertino “Chino” De Leon highlighted the benefits, privileges, and cases that may be used in the office. These topics, delivered successfully by the esteemed resource learning speakers, ensure students a fair, safe, and productive environment for their professional growth in the future.
