The Isabela State University benchmarked at UNP for IT infrastructure, software, security, and strategic planning on April 22 via zoom. The primary objective of ISU benchmarking is to gather insights and develop a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the university’s goals, incorporating best practices .
The brainstorming sessions covered key areas, including an overview of the current IT infrastructure, policy recommendations, software and license audits, security protocols, and strategic planning for future IT advancements.
Dr. Shareen Navarro, Information and Communications Technology Office Director, along with her staff; Dr. Richard Arruejo, Head, Information Systems Development and Security Office; and Mr. Joseph Padua, Head of the Information Communication Technology Office, met the team of Dr. Quennie Joy Mesa, Project Leader of the ISU ongoing research titled “Innocation Scouting: Uncovering New Technological Opportunities for Enhancing Isabela State University’s IT Strategy” for the benchmarking.
The University Information Office administered the smooth flow of the meeting with Mr. Johnny Allagadan Jr. as the moderator.
