The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs headed by Dr. Rolando Navarro and the Information Technology Infrastructure Management and Development Office under the directorship of Dr. Shareen Navarro gathered new faculty members at the Tadena Hall on June 5, 2024, for a training workshop on online enrolment system.

The training workshop on online enrolment and grades encoding is crucial for new faculty members to ensure the integrity of the assessment process. The workshop, led by Dr. Arpee Arruejo and Mr. Karl Loix Robiñol, focuses on account creation and grades encoding, which are essential components of the online system. This training aims to equip faculty members with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage student accounts and encode grades accurately, thereby maintaining the university’s academic integrity

Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, University of Northern Philippines President, in his message, stressed the importance of the training to equip new faculty members with some knowledge on the online system of enrolment and grades encoding as a mechanism to serve the students better.

Mr. Karl Loix Robiñol, Information Systems Analyst I, discussed on grades encoding, while Dr. Arpee Arruejo, Head, Information System Management and Development Services, lectured on User Account Management, she mentioned that ITIMDO is always available to address issues related to account management and grades encoding, ensuring that new faculty members are well-equipped to handle these tasks effectively.
