Midyear 2024 University Performance Review held

 

The University of Northern Philippines conducted the Midyear 2024 University Performance Review (UPR) at the UNP Tadena Hall on August 7, 2024.

It was attended by the top management and members of the administrative council focused on enhancing the effectiveness of local governance through structured evaluations and collaborative goal setting. This review is part of a broader initiative to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the council.

During the meeting, the members discussed the importance of aligning individual performance metrics with the council’s strategic objectives. They emphasized the need for clear communication and transparency in the evaluation process, which includes gathering feedback from various stakeholders, including staff and community members. This approach not only helps in assessing current performance but also identifies areas for future development.
