UNP achieves High-Level Accreditation for Business and Health Programs

The University of Northern Philippines continues to show its strong commitment to quality education as two of its top programs were recently recognized by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) on April 28, 2025, and celebrated by the UNP community on May 26.

The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, under the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA), was given Level IV Re-accredited Status by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

Meanwhile, the Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services (BSEHS), offered by the College of Health Sciences (CHS), received Level III Re-accredited Status. This award is given to programs that have strong curriculum, qualified teachers, active research, and good student support services. BSEHS program helps prepare skilled professionals who can respond to medical emergencies, disasters, and health needs in the community.

These awards prove UNP’s ongoing efforts to improve and provide excellent learning experience for its students.This accreditation means the program has consistently met high standards in teaching, research, community service, international partnerships, and graduate performance. It affirms that UNP’s Entrepreneurship program equips students with the knowledge, creativity, and leadership skills necessary to succeed in the competitive world of business.

These achievements do not only celebrate the university’s achievements but also motivate UNP to strive for even greater heights. They ensure that students continue to receive high-quality education from resolute and competent faculty, while gaining valuable opportunities for research and community engagement.
