Faculty members from the College of Architecture of the University of Northern Philippines (UNP-CARCH) actively took part in the Comprehensive Development Plan Technical Assessment Committee (CDP-TAC) Panel Review held on August 27–28, 2025, at the People’s Hall, Ilocos Sur Provincial Capitol.
The two-day review, spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur under Executive Order No. 22, Series of 2025, convened representatives from regional line agencies, professional organizations, and civic groups to assess and strengthen the Comprehensive Development Plans of the municipalities of Lidlidda, Tagudin, Salcedo, Narvacan, and Suyo.
Representing UNP-CARCH were Ar./EnP. Ludivina Lozano, Program Head of the BS Environmental Planning program; Ar. Precious Beulah Gascon, faculty member of the College of Architecture; and Ar. Julius Artates, Program Head of the BS Architecture program and representative of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Ylocos Vigan Chapter.
In addition, Ar. Christian Nico Pilotin, part-time faculty of UNP-CARCH, also participated in the panel as a representative of the UAP–Ilocos Ciudad Fernandina Chapter.
