The agreement reaffirms the collaboration between the two institutions, particularly through the university’s Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) and the Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling (MAGC) program under the College of Arts and Sciences.

University President Dr. Erwin Cadorna, along with Dr. Remedios Navarro, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Marifel Acena, Program Head of MAGC, Dr. Mariano Paterno Avila, OSAS Director, represented by Dr. Benjie Gapate, and personnel from the different service units of OSAS were present. Welcoming the UNP delegation were ICMS administrators Rev. Fr. Erwin Echalas, Rev. Fr. PJ Bello, and Rev. Fr. Garret Ulanimo.

In his message, Dr. Cadorna reaffirmed UNP’s dedication to extending its services to the broader community, highlighting the university’s role in supporting the development of future church and community leaders. Rev. Fr. Echalas expressed heartfelt gratitude, noting the meaningful coincidence of the event with the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, underscoring the partnership as a reflection of shared compassion and service.

The renewed MOA embodies a strengthened commitment to collaboration, growth, and service between the two institutions.
