UNP stood out during the INNOVATHON: Region 1 Startup Sprint on May 9, 2025, at Lorma Colleges, featuring the Tofu Banana Dumplings, a unique, nutritious, and sustainable food product. The team—Kharl Patrick Partosan, Lovely Zen Balano, Jessica Bayani, Carla Kate Duque, and Rica Mae Escobar—was mentored by Ms. Karen Calaycay and Dr. Richel Royce Chan.

From 67 regional entries, the BS Entrepreneurship students claimed 2nd runner-up, the competition was organized by the Wadhwani Foundation with Northwestern University and Lorma Colleges.
