URDO, UEO, and CBAA collab for business education training in LNHS

 

In its continuous effort to enhance faculty expertise and promote academic excellence, the University of Northern Philippines (UNP), through the University Research and Development Office (URDO), University Extension Office (UEO), and the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) conducted a Training on Technological Competence for Faculty Excellence cum Research Dissemination on February 21, 2025, at Lidlidda National High School (LNHS).

This initiative, part of the B.U.S.I.N.E.S.S. in the Communities program, aimed to equip faculty members with essential technological skills to enhance their teaching methodologies and research capabilities, while emphasizing the importance of digital tools for assessment, innovative instructional strategies, and the dissemination of research findings.

Project coordinators Dr. Edelyn Cadorna, URDO Director, Mr. Randall Rabacal, extension coordinator, and Dr. Eileen Rose Paculan, unit coordinator, led the event, bringing together expert trainers Ms. Illah Diva Faypon and Ms. Deborah Jaena Reoliquio, who focused on research dissemination and the integration of digital assessment tools. Meanwhile, Dr. Melvin Laureta facilitated and moderated the sessions, ensuring an interactive and productive learning experience.

Through this initiative, UNP reaffirms its commitment to advancing inclusive and equitable education while fostering innovation in business education.
