The University of Northern Philippines (UNP) and Ibuzz Travel & Tours signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on reservation system held at the UNP Guestel Board Room.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing between the University of Northern Philippines (UNP) and Ibuzz Travel and Tours on Reservation System signifies a significant collaboration aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of reservation processes within the tourism industry.

This partnership stems from the mutual recognition of the importance of modernizing reservation systems to meet the evolving needs of travelers and tourism businesses alike.

Through this agreement, UNP and Ibuzz Travel and Tours commit to leveraging their respective expertise and resources to develop and implement innovative reservation solutions that streamline booking procedures, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

By combining academic knowledge with industry insights, this collaboration seeks to foster technological advancements that drive growth and competitiveness in the tourism sector while providing valuable learning opportunities for students and professionals in the field.

The signing ceremony was graced by esteemed university officials.  Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, PhD, President of UNP, Dr. Rolando B. Navarro, EdD, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fatima F. Rocamora, Vice President of Research and Extension, and Mr. Albert R. Tejero, CPA, MBA, Vice President of Finance and Administration. Also in attendance were Dr. Blessie B. Cabanting, Dean of the College, Dr. Kevin Cesar T. Martinez, Assistant Dean, Dr. Rogelio D. Quario II, Program Head of BS in Hospitality Management, and Ms. Rubylene Jane T. Bactadan, Program Head of BS in Tourism Management. Representing Ibuzz Travel and Tours was its owner and general manager, Ms. Kareen Faye Sale.
