The College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA), through the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) program, conducted a needs assessment survey in Bannuar, San Juan, Ilocos Sur on April 30.
The activity aimed to identify the problems and necessary aspects that need improvement in the said community. The survey was led by the dean of the college, Dr. Erwin T. Tolbe, and the head of the HRDM Program, Dr. Princess Neptalia Quebral, as the organizer.
Moreover, a short discussion was delivered by Mr. John Wilbert Madriaga which highlighted the significance of community organizing among the barangay council. The activity was facilitated by selected HRDM faculty, namely: Mr. Gerard Edwin Malcaba and Mr. Emman Trevor Quilala who principally organized the extension service.
The council led by their Punong Barangay, Hon. Joel P. Aquino, was happy for the support and presence of UNP personnel. He stressed that their barangay is always affirmative and open to any partnership that champions community development.
