DSWD Region 1 steers communication campaign
To create strategic and unified communications that increase the awareness of the students from its various programs, the Department of Social Welfare and Development–Region 1 conducted a communication campaign to the BS Social Work students at the University Auditorium on October 4, 2024.
Mr. Aristideo Tinol (regional information technology office), discussed the Listahanan Project Cyle, while Ms. Kristine Sheila T. Amoroso, regional information officer, talked on disaster response management programs and assistance to individuals in crisis situation. Lastly, Ms. Jaymante Pearl B. Apilado, Listahanan information officer, talked about DSWD programs and services and center and residential care- based services.
The activity was attended by the faculty and staff of the College of Social Work led by Prof. Melody T. Gacita, Dean.
