CN proves anew its mettle in the NLE

 

The UNP College of Nursing has proven again its mettle as a molder of healthcare professionals with the recent excellent performance of its Class Bannuar in the November 2024 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) held on November 9-10, 2024.

UNP’s excellent record is marked this time with a whooping 95.52 passing rate for first-time takers and 85.71% for the repeaters.

The University community is immensely proud of its 219 new nurses ready to advance #SDG3GoodHealthandWellBeing. They are part of the 29,349 passers who will soon take hold of their hard-earned licenses.

UNP’s passing rates for both first timers and retakers are higher than the national passing rate of 84.99%.

The Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination, administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), is known for its rigorous assessment of nursing knowledge and clinical competence. It covers various subjects, including patient care, pharmacology, ethics, and nursing procedures. Passing the exam is an essential step in becoming a registered nurse in the country.

The UNP nursing graduate expressed immense joy upon receiving the results, acknowledging the challenge of preparing for the exam. Support from the faculty, mentors, and family played a vital role in the student’s success.

The nursing program at UNP is known for its strong curriculum and guidance, preparing students for the challenges of the licensure exam.
