UNP CGAD leads art exhibit
The University Center for Gender and Development in partnership with College of Fine Arts and Design (CFAD), College of Architecture, and Public Administration Student’s Organization launched the “Vow to End VAW Orange Art Exhibit” on November 29, 2023.
The activity held at the 2nd floor of CFAD building serves as a vehicle to remind, support, and strengthen awareness of the University constituents to eliminate all forms of violence against women and children and the popularization of the anti-VAW law.
The exhibit will also help motivate the University stakeholders through pictorial representations in raising awareness on VAW via artistic methodologies.
Dr. Vonnavic Racuya (OIC, Center for Gender and Development), Dr. Ashley Paulino Martinez (Dean, CFAD), Dr. Joselito dela Rosa (Dean, CPAd), faculty and students of the two colleges attended the launching activity.
This is part of the observance of the 18-day campaign in support of ending violence against women and children.
Dr. Vonnavic Agad (CGAD director), Dr. Ashley Martinez (CFAD dean), Dr. Joselito dela Rosa (CPAd dean), and student-leaders open the exhibit.
