The University of Northern Philippines College of Social Work (UNP-CSW) together with the incumbent PTCA officers gathered at the UNP Auditorium for the Academic Year 2024-2025 Meeting and Election of New PTCA Officers on January 18. This was followed by a Student-Parent-Teacher Consultation on January 21, 2025.

The meeting agenda included the Presentation of Achievements and Accomplishments, Financial Statements, Re-election of Officers, and Field Instruction Deployment. Meanwhile, a consultation meeting for an educational agency visit of BSSW 1^st Year Students took place.

Mr. Elvicio Rugnao, the incumbent PTCA President, presented the achievements and accomplishments of the CSW PTCA throughout their administration, followed by Ms. Jezinelle Punio, the incumbent Treasurer who discussed the financial statement, reflecting the expenses and remaining balance of the organization. Moreover, Ms. Jeanne-lyn Anicoche, Field Instruction Coordinator, presented the deployment area of BSSW fourth-year students for the second semester, and Prof. Aurora Quero facilitated the election of new set of officers.

During the student-parent-teacher consultation meeting, Prof. Melody T. Gacita, the College Dean, highlighted the purpose of the activity, ensuring the pivotal role of agency visits among various social welfare agencies to students.

On the same day of the consultation, the newly-elected PTCA officers took their oath in the Office of the President, with Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, as the person administering the oath, and witnessed by Prof. Melody T. Gacita, College Dean, and Prof. Aurora R. Quero, College Assistant Dean.
